favorite book friday…and nearly night. I should have posted a while ago, but the sounds of my son playing driveway basketball called to me. So we played a few pick-up games. It was worth every delay, and I hope you understand. This week’s book? One that calls to my heart. The illustrations are bold & yet charming. And my favorite part? These words from the mother tiger “Don’t be scared…dark is just the other side of light. It’s what comes before dreams.” A sentence I remember equally about sleep and about our hopes and wishes.
